Nearer is an app for two people in a relationship. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. For downloads from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement (EULA) also applies.
One account is for one person. You are responsible for what you send to your partner. Using the app for insults, harassment or any unlawful content is prohibited. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings) or via the form on the website.
Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features for both partners in a couple. Options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. The price is shown in the App Store / Google Play in your currency before payment.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions). After cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's rules.
If a couple unpairs, Pro stays with the person who purchased the subscription and is turned on for their new couple after pairing.
Basic features (statuses, signals, question of the day, days together, widget) are free and have no ads. We may change the set of features, with notice in the app.
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation (for example, notification delivery depends on Apple/Google). We are not responsible for the content of what users send each other.
