Yes. Nearer only works as a pair: one person creates an account and sends an invite, the other opens the link. On your own there is nothing to do here — everything is built for two.
The Android version already exists and is currently in open testing: you can install it from Google Play before the official release. To join, write to us via Support in the app or at support@rstyle.digital and include the Gmail address linked to your Google account — we'll add you to the testers and send the link. The core is free forever: nudges, mood, the daily question, your day counter and the widget. Pro adds the Guess game, memories, question categories and unlimited dates. Right now every new couple gets Pro free for six months.
That's where it helps most: you see your partner's local time and weather, how many days until you meet, and a “miss you” arrives in a second. Couples who live together get plenty too — the daily question, shared dates, memories.
Only the two of you. We don't show ads and we don't sell data. You can delete your account completely in one tap, along with everything in it.
Yes. You can turn notifications off entirely, or keep only what you want: nudges from your partner, questions and reminders, dates and memories — each separately.
Yes. Distance makes the app more necessary, but the daily rituals — the question of the day, mood, shared dates, your day counter and the widget — work just the same when you see each other every evening.
Letters that don't open right away. You write a letter and choose when it opens: on a specific date, or on a condition — “open when you're sad”, “after a fight”, “when you have good news”. Until then your partner can see a letter exists but not read it. An opened letter looks like an A4 sheet in handwriting, and can be saved as a file or printed.
Yes. The widget shows how many days you've been together, your next shared date and the latest nudge from your partner — without opening the app. Add it like any iOS widget: press and hold the home screen, tap the plus and find Nearer.
